The boiled radish leaves getting tangled after boiling is believed to result in poor quality of the product. According to a storekeeper who sells bean paste, this phenomenon is similar to the generation of static electricity, and by fixing veins of a leaf with clips, we can prevent the tangling and make the quality remarkably better. But sometimes the situation is so serious that even twelve clips can not hold the veins. To prevent the problem, people have to practice to boil radish leaves better very thoroughly.
